Will the city or county animal services help me with a pigeon issue?

Unfortunately, you are on your own when it comes to pigeon problems, no matter where you live. While some cities may offer their own form of pigeon control just to protect important monuments from corrosive bird poop, protecting your personal building from pigeons falls to you. Why won't the city or animal service authority help you with pigeons? First, there are far too many of these birds for every person's individual needs to be addressed. Second, pigeons won't be much of a bother to you if you take some home improvement steps, and improvements done to your home are considered your responsibility, in the eyes of the authorities.
